First bowling hall in ancient Egypt

The Italian antiquities mission working in Kom Madi area in Fayoum governorate, south of Cairo, discovered a bowling-like hall dating back to the Ptolemaic age. The hall was discovered during excavations at a building inside an ancient residential area in Kom Madi. Kom Madi is a temple area and one of the important ancient sites still in good shape despite having a long history extending back to the 12th Pharaonic Dynasty.
